而和二月的 2018 秋冬時裝週相比起來，這季在參展品牌的數量總算停止過去一年多的不斷下滑，稍微多了六個、來到一百五十一個，但雖然數量上升了、質量卻仍然呈現下降的狀態，除了真的有好多沒有聽過的牌子外，還是出現了包含像 Creatures of Comfort, Adam Selman, Jill Stuart, Gypsy Sport, VFiles 這幾個長期在紐約展出的名字，最明顯的空缺則是 2017 秋冬開始從米蘭移到紐約的 Philipp Plein，以及為慶祝品牌成立滿十週年而搬到倫敦的 Victoria Beckham ( Tom Ford 雖然沒有出現在官方行程表上，但會在正式開始的前一晚、九月五號的晚上八點展出! )。
但也不是全部都是壞消息，這季最大的亮點就是去年年中一起手牽手轉移到巴黎高訂時裝週的 Proenza Schouler 以及 Rodarte，又一起手牽手回歸到紐約時裝週，此外，雖然只是 for buyer, 但 Vivienne Westwood 也是特別亮的名字!
anyway, 距離即將又要忙碌一整個月的 2019 春夏時裝週倒數半個月!
